LOSCO envisions communities where individuals and groups live in dignity, peace, and security, empowered with the tools and freedoms to lead sustainable lives. We strive for a future in which all people, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or background, actively participate in the decisions that affect their lives and enjoy full access to their human rights.

Mission:

To promote community transformation through partnership and networking with communities, government, civil society and development partners

To catalyse transformative change in Ugandan communities by strengthening partnerships and collaborative networks among civil society, government, and development actors. We empower communities through education, advocacy, and capacity-enhancement to champion human rights, social justice, inclusive governance, and sustainable development.
