Mr. Muhumuza is a public health specialist and seasoned programming and partnerships enthusiast with over 10 years’ experience in programming and health policy advocacy. Successfully led and contributed to the conceptualisation and implementation of public health programmess at grassroot, national and regional level - aimed at strengthening health systems and systems for fostering realisation of SRHR, local pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing as a springboard for Pandemic Prevent Preparedness and Response (PPPR), fundamental for ensuring equitable access to quality essential medicines and life-saving commodities and supplies in Africa. He holds a Master of Science in Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management, Certificate in Project Management in Global Health, University of Washington and Certificate in SRHR, HIV, TB and Human Rights Advocacy and Training in Southern and East Africa; ARASA – Johannesburg. He has also undertaken advanced courses in Leadership, Global Health Diplomacy among other disciplines. Abdulkharim has demonstrated experience and working relations with Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Health Development Partners, regional bodies such as the WHO AFRO, AUDA-NEPAD, Africa CDC, East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), Universal Periodic Review (UPR) mechanism under the UN, professional bodies and associations and civil society whom he closely works with in generation and utilisation of evidence to inform and influence decision making for progressive policies and legislations, through policy dialogues, shadow reporting, various technical working committees, regional and international convenings. Muhumuza’s academic and professional careers have been centered on health systems strengthening with a keen interest in strategic partnerships and advocacy for improved public health outcomes. He has made significant contributions during public health convenings at various levels and in different capacities such moderation roles, panelist, coordination and organization of national and regional convenings and also through my leadership of various coalitions and networks.

Organisational Development Specialist &Facilitator With Over 15 years experience development work and leadership with Master of Arts degree in Peace and conflict studies and a Bachelors degree in Public Administration and Management from Makerere University, a post graduate certificate in Facilitating organizational Learning and development (East African school of Organizational Learning- Arusha) and a certified trainer in Mobilizing support and Local Fundraising (Change the Game Academy). She holds a certificate in Management and leadership for women leaders (MSTCDC, Arusha Tanzania), certificates in Results Oriented Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Social Network Analysis (National Democratic Institute) and Project planning and management. She holds strong competencies in civil society strengthening including designing and implementing capacity development programmes including training of over 700 multi stakeholders including CSOs staffs, local governments’ officials and communities. She has trained CSOs staffs in lobby and advocacy, resource mobilization and women empowerment in leadership, programme design, implementation and monitoring including special projects like the quality education campaign under UWEZO, Learning agenda platform, transforming social protection thinking in Uganda and strengthening child rights advocacy. A Change management expert working with 35 district networks and over 80 organizations across the country. She has offered strategic leadership to the Affinity Group for National Associations to develop a new strategic plan 2018- 2025 and new membership policy. She has managed research projects within NGO Forum and also managed the organizational project results for the past 5 years. Experience in strengthening systems of internal control, financial management and compliance with donor requirements and strong budget management competencies, having managed a number of multiyear project budgets from DGF, UNICEF, ICCO, UNDP, Ford foundation and NDI-USAID.

She is an Executive Director for Community Based Association for Women and Children’s welfare (UCOBAC). A non-governmental organization in Uganda whose mission is to improve welfare of vulnerable women and children in Uganda using community based initiatives. She holds a degree in social sciences (Sociology) and a master’s degree in Human rights from Makerere University. Has worked in UCOBAC for more than 15 years, developing, implementing and evaluating initiatives to protect and promote the rights of women and girls, including; Land and property rights, Sexual and Reproductive Health rights, and the right to participation in governance and decision making processes. She works with grassroots groups, organizations and communities to mobilize local resources, strengthen their community development practices and transform public policies at local, national, regional and global levels through research and analysis, grassroots organizing and engagements, partnerships and advocacy.

Assistant Lecturer - Kabale University Department of Computer Science & Information Technology Faculty of Computing, Library and Information Science Gloria holds a master’s Degree in Information Technology (MIT) from Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU), a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BIT) from Mbarara University of Science and Technology(MUST),A certificate in Computer Applications (CCA), and a Certificate in Administrative Capacity Building from Jiangxi college of foreign studies, CHINA. Previously Gloria worked as a banking officer with a standard chartered bank, Housing finance bank, lab administrator and part-time lecturer at Kabale University.

She is a social worker by profession, She graduated and mastered in social work and social administration. She has a vast experience in social worker having had hands on experience for the last 14years working with communities and Orphans and Other Vulnerable children. She has also developed great experience working with health strengthening systems and interaction with health structures at all levels while building strong community –facility frameworks for meaningful partnerships. Has worked as an advocate, human rights activitist, child development worker, administrator, leader, collaborator and organiser. Building strong teams is what she does well. She has served in very important organisations (Compassion International and CDC funded projects) while practicing holistic social work for holistic results. Audrey is a financial and administration expert with experience successfully managing Large high-value projects with a focus on establishing financial controls and ensuring compliance, has successfully managed large grant portfolios on complex donor-funded projects for the program areas supported, notably CDC/PEPFAR, and has exceptional sub-grantee capacity building expertise in CSOs, has provided monitoring and evaluation expertise to a range of PEPFAR projects, including ACE-project, where she ensured a 100% contribution to results reporting rate for the national and International systems. She is well skilled in leadership, management, organisational, advocacy, interpersonal, networking, collaboration, planning, report writing, monitoring and evaluation. She is extra-ordinarily skilled in counseling, training and capacity building as well as planning and budgeting. Her strengths are in learning from every opportunity and all the time, self-driven and motivation, she is results-oriented and achievement is her focus. Supporting growth for others and for organisations is her goal and focused innovations and creativity to achieve beyond.
