
TAREMWA ALBERT
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A committed visionary young and energetic person with more than 18 years of experience in managing and leading teams across multiple sectors as IT, Government Entities, Financial and NGO Sectors. A committed visionary, Ardent Human Rights Defender, Business Consultant, HRE and Civic Education Specialist, SRHR & CJ Advocate, Articulate Moderator, Events Planner who has a reputation for coming up with solutions rather than problems, and a track record of being hardworking, inquisitive, and sympathetic.
Albert brings managerial and strategic leadership, advocacy, coordination, and technical expertise and has been in top Administration for Private Sector, Government, and Civil Society for the last 22 years specializing in ICT, Financial, SRHR and Human Rights Education. He is very well conversant with the Government Policies and Practices and been part of the UPR process for the Country on behalf of CSOs and is the Co-founder and Executive Director of LOSCO. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for HRDs in Southern Uganda, A Founding member for Tourmons La Page Uganda, A regional Representative for Charter4Change – Kigezi Region, Co Convener for Local Leadership Labs, Serves as a Committee Member for EAHRP, Committee Member for CSMMUA and RANA – Uganda. Albert is an Expert and Consultant in Human Rights Education, Safety and Security Training, SRHR and Justice, Climate Change Advocacy, Community Transformation, Gender Issues and M&E.
Before joining LOSCO, Albert was the Head of Programs under Kick Corruption Out of Uganda (KICK-U), Project Director under Compassion International, Regional Manager for Blue Financial Services in Western Uganda, Regional Operational Manager for Orange Telecom and other duties where he oversaw management and technical activities of the different companies and entities.
A pleasant, professional, and proficient administrator who has a long track record of ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes of a busy office. He is an effective team member who has the ability to meet deadlines and ensure that the highest standards of Office organisation and deliveries are maintained at all times. He has a methodical and thorough approach to work, and will go out of my way to maintain an enjoyable and clean working environment. He has experience of working with the general public, both face-to-face and over the virtual means and someone who will always go that extra mile to get things done.
Aside from this, He has superb observation skills, very good communication skills and excellent people skills. Right now, He would like to further build his career and continue to progress and grow as a professional Administrator and leader.
He possesses a Bachelors of Business Administration Majoring in Marketing from Bircham International University – USA, Higher Diploma in Marketing from Makerere University Business School- Kampala, Diploma in PC Upgrades and Repairs from ICESA City Campus – Swaziland, Diploma in Biblical Studies from Ekklessia Bible School – Romania, A+ Full Certification from Cyber Networks Nairobi – Kenya with other certifications and trainings in M&E, Project Planning and Management, Human Rights Education, Advocacy, TOT in Digital and Physical Security Trainings and Resource Mobilisation.
He is an East African Human Rights Program Fellow, Gender Specialist, M&E Specialist and IT Consultant. He is a Certified Human Rights Advocate.

NIWANDINDA BLESSING
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Is a female Ugandan with a Bachelors degree of Social Development, A certificate in Resource Mobilisation, Certificate in Financial Management and Accounting. She has joined the CSO Sector with non-governmental organizations and is a committed visionary, Ardent Human Rights Defender who has a reputation for coming up with solutions rather than problems, and a track record of being hardworking, inquisitive, and sympathetic.
She is very well conversant with the Government Policies and Practices.
A pleasant, professional, and proficient administrator having been a Students’ leader for a remarkable period and has a long record of accomplishment of ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes of a busy office. Ability to package and communicate complex and technical information in accessible forms in both written and verbal communication.
She is an effective team member who has the ability to meet deadlines and ensure that the highest standards of Office organisation and deliveries are maintained at all times. She has a methodical and thorough approach to work, and will go out of her way to maintain an enjoyable and clean working environment. She has experience of working with the public, both face-to-face and over the virtual means and someone who will always go that extra mile to get things done.

ORISHABA PAPIUS
PROGRAMS OFFICER
Is male Ugandan committed and dedicated to designing and implementing initiatives that foster sustainable livelihoods, social justice, and environmental stewardship, work with communities, stakeholders and partner to drive positive change and development. Further more utilize skills in program management, community engagement and social work to achieve organisational goals.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree of social work from Kabale university where he developed a strong foundation in addressing social issues and promoting community development. He has joined the CSO sector with non governmental organisations and he is very well conversant with government policies and practices and has been part of the HR development and validation for the country on behalf of CSOs.
Before joining LOSCO, Papius worked with Child and Family protection unit – Kabale Central Police Station as a trainee where he handled domestic abuse cases, providing support and guidance to victims. Collaborated with law enforcement officials to develop solutions and ensure justice and also developed management, counselling and conflict resolution.
His experience in program management, community engagement and social work has equipped him with communication skills, case management and counselling skills, program design and implementation skills, community engagement and development skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills then collaboration and partnership building skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage projects and drive positive change.
As a programs officer, he has regularly contributed to the preparation of quarterly and reports of the programs department. He is solely accountable for the effective implementation of advocacy work plans, reports and other activities that are always determined by the department and the Executive Director and giving support in report writing and preparation for the activities and the different duties that are assigned to him
He is passionate about empowering communities, promoting social justice, and contributing to sustainable development. He believes that collective action and community led initiatives are key to creating lasting impact.

AINEMBABAZI MARION
PROGRAMS MANAGER
MARION brings managerial and strategic leadership, advocacy, coordination, and Administration skills. He is very well conversant with the Government Policies and Practices and been part of the HR development and validation processes for the Country on behalf of CSOs.

She has an experience of working with the general public, both face-to-face and over the virtual means and someone who will always go that extra mile to get things done.
She has very good communication skills and excellent people skills. Right now.
As a Programs Manager she is directly responsible to the Executive Director as her immediate supervisor. Given the different duties assigned, she has regularly contributed to the preparation of quarterly and activity work plans, and reports of the Programs department. She is solely accountable for the effective implementation of advocacy work plans, and reports and other activities that are always determined by the Department and Executive Director and giving support in report writing and preparation for activities and the different duties that are assigned to her. Despite the different skills and abilities, she is a polished and sharpened skilled person especially through the different activities such as; planning, preparing for activities such as meetings and field activities, implementation, report writing, as this includes activity and quarterly reports, writing of concept notes, communication, time management, among others.

KYOMUGISHA HONEST
HEAD OF ADVOCACY/M&E SPECIALIST
Is a female Ugandan with a Bachelors degree of Social Development, She has three years of experience working with non-governmental organizations and inclusive of Home Care Service Organisations to closely assess the quality, availability, usage, and accessibility of living conditions and health services in Uganda.
She has worked closely with district health teams, District Community Development Officers, facility in charges, Village Health Teams, CBOs, and CSOs to achieve patient satisfaction in health care delivery if Uganda is to accomplish the 2030 National Development Plan. She also has experience working with women and children in both rural and peri urban areas of Kigezi sub region of Uganda.
She enjoys teamwork, fieldwork, community service, and learning new things. If given the opportunity, she would want to contribute to the achievement of the community led development which she now supports through her experience in Monitoring and Evaluation as a Specialist.
NUWAHEREZA SAMIAT
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
Nuwahereza Samiat is a dedicated procurement and logistics professional with a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management. She has joined the CSO sector with non governmental organisation, where she contributes to coordination of procurement processes, aids in finance, programming and strengthening organizational operations.
Samiat gained valuable hands-on experience during her internship with Kabale district local government and local sustainable communities’ organization, where she supported procurement procedures, supplier engagements, stores management, records management compliance with local government standards and non governmental organisational standards. Her training and practical experience have equipped her with strong skills in procurement planning, logistics coordination, inventory management, documentation and stake holder communication.
She is passionate about transparency, accountability and efficiency in supply chain processes. She believes that team work can make impossible things possible, adaptive to changes and learning new skills and grasping new knowledge, attentive to details, and has good communication skills both oral, written and expressive to people. she is to continue building her expertise, leveraging her skills and experience in procurement and other sectors like programming and finance, contribute to building a positive change in the lives of the communities together with team work for the growth of an organization and better service delivery to the stakeholders.

NABOTH ISAAC NUWAGABA
VOLUNTEER COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
Naboth Isaac Niwagaba, Is a Male Ugandan, seasoned media professional and advocate for human rights, has and is overseeing media and communications at Local Sustainable Communities Organization (LOSCO). With a passion for promoting equity and equality, my work focuses on strategic communication and action-driven responses to social, economic, political, and cultural issues.
Currently Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication, Uganda Christian University (BBUC Campus), he holds a Certificate in Media and ICT from Hope Media Institute, Certificate in Computer Applications and IT Management, Freedom Institute for Law and ICT Studies, Certificate in Domestic Electrical Installation and Management, Kabale University
His Professional Experience spans way back to over 10 years in media and communications, I’ve worked with renowned news agencies, including: Uganda Radio Network, East African Watch, The Source Ug, African Pearl News, Reel Impact TV, Western Pearl News, Hope FM Radio Kabale, Freedom Radio Kabale, Peak FM Kabale
Some of the Key roles he has and is working on include; Chief News Editor, Production Manager, Program Presenter, News Reporter with expertise in Strategic Communication, Public Relations, News Management, Human Rights Advocacy, Governance, Problem Resolution.
He enjoys teamwork, fieldwork, community service, and Media Engagements that breed constructive ideas.

VOLUNTEER – PROGRAMS OFFICER
Ainembabazi Dionne is a dynamic and results-driven human rights advocate and emerging leader with a proven commitment to ethical leadership, social justice, and community transformation. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights at Makerere University, one of Uganda’s most prestigious universities, she combines rigorous academic training with practical skills in advocacy, governance, and civic engagement.
Ainembabazi has further strengthened her leadership and mentorship capacity through a Certificate in Moral Values and Character Development from BANG, reflecting her unwavering commitment to integrity, ethical decision-making, and service-oriented leadership. Known for her exceptional articulation, focus, and strategic problem-solving, she excels at translating ideas into actionable initiatives that advance human dignity and positive social change.
Her passion lies in empowering youth, fostering inclusive participation, and strengthening organizational impact within structured community and civic systems.
